Vendor-specific VoIP infrastructure support

VoIP Availability Manager manages the availability of VoIP infrastructure components in any of the following vendor-specific environments:

• Avaya

• Cisco

• Nortel

  Through the installation of the following enablement packs, VoIP Availability Manager can manage any or all three vendor-specific environments simultaneously.

• VMware Smart Assurance Enablement Pack for Avaya (Avaya Enablement Pack)

• VMware Smart Assurance Enablement Pack for Cisco (Cisco Enablement Pack)

• VMware Smart Assurance Enablement Pack for Nortel (Nortel Enablement Pack)

  Each enablement pack is responsible for discovering and monitoring the VoIP devices and call-processing applications that are specific to its VoIP infrastructure.
