Information provided by the Pending Elements list

The Pending Elements list contains three columns that provide the following information for a pending element:

• Element Name: Name of the device (probe instance) for which the probing of VoIP topology information did not complete successfully. The name contains the assigned display name of the device.

• Element Type: Name of the probe (device type) that probes the device identified in the Element Name field.

• Discovery Error: Comment describing why the device identified in the Element Name field is on the Pending Elements list.

  To see all of the text associated with a particular element name, element type, or discovery error, position the mouse pointer over the element name, element type, or discovery error.
