Enabling the VoIP Availability Manager built-in trap receiver

You enable the VoIP Availability Manager built-in trap receiver so that it can receive and process VoIP Performance Manager traps. To do so, uncomment the

TrapPort = 9001 parameter line in the BASEDIR/smarts/conf/voip/voip.conf file in the VoIP Availability Manager installation area.
