KVM hypervisor and virtual machine discovery via OpenStack

The Server Manager:

• Discovers all KVM hypervisors which are part of the OpenStack.

• Discovers virtual machines running on a KVM hypervisor server.

• Displays the relationship of virtual machines to the KVM hypervisor server.

• Discovers the connection between the physical switch and the hypervisor.

  Note:

  To create connections between a physical switch and a KVM hypervisor, the LLDP Protocol (LLDP) must be enabled on both the physical switch and the hypervisor. If LLDP is not enabled, the connections between the physical switch and the hypervisor are not created.
