SDN Supported Versions and platform for NSX-T

Server manager has been qualified and supported for NSX-T on ESX hypervisor platform.

Note: Refer VMware Smart Assurance SAM, IP, ESM, MPLS, NPM, OTM, ACM, MCAST, and VoIP Managers Support Matrix guide, to know the supported version of NSX-T, qualified in this release for Server Manager.

NSX-T deployment for other platforms like KVM, Baremetal etc are not supported.
