Tracks VM mobility (VM Migration)

The Server Manager provides the following virtual machine migration services:

• Generates notifications when a virtual machine moves from one hypervisor to another hypervisor.

• Changes the relationships between KVM hypervisor and virtual machines when the virtual machine moves from one KVM hypervisor server to another hypervisor.

• Supports live migration and migration scenarios. In a live migration scenario, the virtual machine instance has almost no downtime. In a migration scenario, the virtual machine instance is down for a period of time to move it to another hypervisor.
