If the license for the core software features expires, the system locks users out of the UI.
To recover from this scenario:
- Obtain a license file with permanent licenses.
- Install the new license file from the command line. Install license file from the command line
- Restart the Tomcat service. See Restart Tomcat service.
- Log in and perform the following tasks:
- Reinstall the new license file from the Centralized Management UI.
- Delete the expired trial licenses.
