Ensure the VoIP Gateway and Call Manager details are added so discovery can occur.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Administration in the M&R.
  2. Navigate to Discovery Center under Centralized Management.
  3. Click Devices Management and edit the Device Types.
  4. Click Call Manager Information and enter the Call Manager details in the Add a new device fields.
  5. Click VoIP Gateway Information and enter the VoIP Gateway details in the Add a new device fields.
