After the upgrade, previously added call manager devices are removed. If you exported the information prior to the upgrade, you can import it back. But, if you need to manually edit the Call Manager details, use this procedure.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Administration in the M&R.
  2. Navigate to Discovery Center under Centralized Management.
  3. Click Devices Management and edit the Device Types.
  4. Click Call Manager Information and enter the Call Manager details in the Add a new device fields.
