If you exported the data prior to upgrading the SolutionPack, you can import it back into the SolutionPack for CUCM.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Discovery Center > Devices Management > Call Manager Information.
  2. Click the Import button and browse to the .csv file which was modified to match the new SolutionPack for CUCM format.
  3. Verify the import happens properly and save the configurations.
