Once the server installations are completed, you can open Network Configuration Manager in two ways.
  1. Using Java 8, follow the procedure:

    Type the URL that has been provided for your company. If you need assistance, contact your System administrator for the server where the application was setup.

    At the login screen, enter your user name and password, then click Ok. The default username/password is sysadmin/sysadmin.

    Ensure that Java Runtime is installed on your local machine.

    Click the click here link to download and install the correct version.

    When the installation of Java Runtime is finished, refresh your browser window. On the first execution of Network Configuration Manager, a security warning window appears.

    Click Start. The Login window opens.

    Continue to login by entering a User ID and Password (as described in the Network Configuration Manager Online User’s Guide).

    To access the procedures in the Online User’s Guide:

    • From the Network Configuration Manager launch window, click Help on the tool bar, and select Help Contents from the drop-down menu. The Online User’s Guide displays.

    • From the Table of Contents, select Getting Started - Accessing Network Configuration Manager.

    Click Logging in to Network Configuration Manager.

  2. Using OpenWebStart, follow the procedure:

    Copy OpenWebStart_windows-x64_1_5_1.exe from Utils directory to Windows VM.

    Install OpenWebStart using OpenWebStart_windows-x64_1_5_1.exe in Windows VM.

    Go to installed location.

    For example: C:\Program Files\OpenWebStart,

    Click itw-settings.exe.

    Go to JVM Manager > Settings, and change Update Strategy to Do not download any version

    Click OK.

    5 Click Add local, and select the folder where Java 11 is installed.

    You can also use Find local to find the installed Java versions in your VM.

    6 If you have multiple versions of Java, you can click the 3 dots besides the java version and deactivate/remove the version which are not required.
    7 Click Apply.
    8 Click Ok.
    9 Right-click the powerup.jnlp and open with Launcher for .jnlp applications according to JSR-56 to launch the UI.
Note: Client-side startup is applicable only for older way of client launch, i.e. using powerup.jnlp.
