1. Open the [Product directory]/db/controldb/data/pg_hba.conf file for editing.
  2. Add the following line at the end of the file:
    host all all <Watch4net IP address>/32 md5
  3. Save, and exit the pg_hba.conf file.
  4. Restart controldb service using the command:
    systemctl restart controldb
