Removing an escalation path

A path can be removed when it is enabled, disabled, or retired.

To remove an escalation path:

1. Select the policy name in the administration tree. The policy appears in the Escalation Policy Configuration panel.

2. Select the path.

3. From the Escalation menu, select Path > Remove. The path is removed from the Escalation Policy Configuration panel.

4. Click Apply to send the change to the Global Manager.
