Procedure

  1. Click Administration .
  2. Click Centralized Management.
  3. Click Configuration > Online Update .
  4. Ensure that you are on the Settings tab.
  5. Check the Enabled checkbox.
  6. Type your Online Support username and password.
  7. Click the Test Realm Connectivity Icon icon to test connectivity to the update server.
    The Test Realm Connectivity Passed Icon icon indicates that connectivity to the server has been established.
    The Test Realm Connectivity Failed Icon icon indicates that connectivity to the server failed.
  8. Click Save.
