Sending Email Notifications

The available states for Email notifications are:

Notification	Description
	Pending Approval -  the scheduled job is waiting to be approved by a user with the appropriate permissions
	Approved - notifies the recipient when the scheduled job has been approved
	Rejected - notifies the recipient that the job has been rejected
