Make sure you are using PHP5 with SOAP and SSL support enabled, and then create a new PHP page as follows:

  • Include the Network Configuration Manager API definitions and support functions
  • Set the host, user, and password values
  • Set the WSDL file location and the SOAP client options
  • Create an instance of VCSoapClient
  • Make your first SOAP call
