Versions support policy

(Currently this policy applies only to containers and Helm charts)

  • Addition of new versions support When a new stable version for the operating system is released by the official upstream project, our team validates the VMware Application Catalog components on top of it. Once all the components are validated, support for this new version is added to the VMware Application Catalog.

  • Removal of versions support Our support for operating system versions is also aligned with the upstream projects’ end of support policies. As soon as a version reaches the official end of the support cycle, this version is removed from the VMware Application Catalog.
