Retrieving vCPU Capacity from Air-Gapped Tanzu Environments

You can retrieve total vCPU capacity from certain VMware Tanzu products in internet-restricted, or air-gapped, environments either manually or by running a script.

Prerequisites

Make sure that the following tools are installed on the workstation on which you perform all of the procedures:

Additionally, you must always set the KUBECONFIG environment variable to the relevant cluster when running commands.

The Tanzu CLI is required if you are obtaining information from Tanzu Kubernetes Grid. You can obtain the Tanzu CLI in one of the following ways:
