Edit a cell site information.

You can modify the details of a cell site added to a central site or a regional site.

Prerequisites

The cell site is already available in the Infrastructure Automation.

Procedure

  1. Click the Domains tab under Infrastructure Automation.
  2. Select the site type for which you want to edit a cell site.
  3. Select the cell site you want to edit.
  4. Click Edit to modify the site details.
  5. On the Host tab, select the cell site to modify and click Edit Host.
  6. You can modify the following details of the cell site.
    Fields Description
    User Name User name to access the host.
    Password Password corresponding to the user name to access the host.
    Switch Configuration Type a switch name in Switch.

    Select the network interface card (NIC) for the cell site under Uplinks.

    Note: A cell site requires minimum two NICs to communicate.
    Click plus icon to add more switches and uplinks.
    Note: Ensure that you do not modify the default value. This option is not enabled for the current version.
    Location Click to enable or disable the location details of a cell site.
    Note: Ensure that you do not modify the default value. This option is not enabled for the current version.
    Search Type the keyword to search a location.
    Note: Ensure that you do not modify the default value. This option is not enabled for the current version.
    Latitude Latitude of the cell site location. The details are automatically added when you select the location. You can also modify the latitude manually.
    Note: Ensure that you do not modify the default value. This option is not enabled for the current version.
    Longitude Longitude of the cell site location. The details are automatically added when you select the location. You can also modify the longitude manually.
    Note: Ensure that you do not modify the default value. This option is not enabled for the current version.
  7. Click Save to save the modified details.
