Access a Remote CNF Using an External SSH Client

You can generate login credentials from VMware Telco Cloud Automation and use an external SSH client to log in to the CNF.

Prerequisites

Ensure that you have installed an external SSH client on your local system.

Procedure

1. Log in to the VMware Telco Cloud Automation web interface.
2. Navigate to Inventory > Network Function and select the CNF.
3. Click the ⋮ menu and select Show Login Credentials.
   VMware Telco Cloud Automation generates a one-time token, user name, and password.

   Note: The expiration time for the token is eight hours.
4. Use these login credentials to access the CNF and perform operations based on your user privileges.
