Upgrading Add-Ons

You can now upgrade the add-on operators to a later version from VMware Telco Cloud Automation.

In a scenario where you upgrade VMware Telco Cloud Automation to a newer patch release but the underlying VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid cluster remains the same, you can upgrade only the add-ons. Upgrade Management cluster operators such as nodeconfig-operator and vmconfig-operator, and Workload cluster operators such as CNIs and CSIs to their later versions.
