If the cluster creation operation become unavailable due to an unknown error such network unavailability, you can retry the operation.

Note: This operation is available from VMware Telco Cloud Automation version 1.9 onwards.
Note: The Retry option retries the cluster creation operation from the point of failure. Which means, you cannot edit the properties and recreate the cluster from the beginning using Retry.


  1. Log in to the VMware Telco Cloud Automation web interface.
  2. Go to Infrastructure > CaaS Infrastructure > Cluster Instances.
  3. To retry a failed Kubernetes Cluster creation operation, click the Options symbol against the failed Kubernetes cluster and click Retry.


The cluster creation operation resumes.

To edit a cluster and then retry the cluster creation operation, you must delete the cluster and recreate it.
