API for Cluster Automation Global Settings

Run the following API on the relevant VMware Telco Cloud Automation Manager or VMware Telco Cloud Automation Control Plane (TCA-CP) instance.

PUT: /admin/hybridity/api/global/settings/<namespace>/<property>
