To deploy multiple Kubernetes clusters with similar configurations, you can copy the configuration of a specific Kubernetes cluster and use it for deploying a new Kubernetes cluster.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the VMware Telco Cloud Automation web interface.
  2. Go to Infrastructure > CaaS Infrastructure > Cluster Instances.
  3. Click the Options (⋮) symbol corresponding to the Kubernetes cluster you want to copy.
  4. Click Copy Specification and Deploy New Cluster. The popup window indicates that you can deploy a new Kubernetes cluster from the selected cluster.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Navigate through the management cluster deployment wizard and adjust the necessary configurations as needed.
  7. Click the Options (>) symbol to expand the cluster, monitor the Latest Task table to view the deploy task progress.

Results

You successfully deployed a Management Cluster.
