When you create multiple tenants and try to log in to the TCA portal, you are prompted to enter the tenant information before entering the login credentials.

Note: For a tenant-specific login, you must enter the tenant information.

Prerequisites

You should have created multiple tenants.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the VMware Telco Cloud Automation.
    The following page appears.

  2. Enter the tenant information.
  3. Enter the complete tenant name or ID.
  4. Click Next and enter the login credentials.
    If the tenant name is not unique, when you enter the credentials, the message 'Invalid user name or password' is displayed.
