Post Deployment Verification Checklist

After the Telco Cloud Infrastructure Cloud Director Edition platform is deployed, use this checklist to verify that all components work as required.

	Network	√ Both switches are reachable. √ All VLAN communication is working properly
	Compute	√ In a browser window, open https://<esxi host>.
	Storage	√ SSDs and HDDs are available in the ESXi servers.
NFVI and VIM
	Management vCenter Server	√ Management vCenter Server is accessible. √ All management cluster properties are correct. √ All vSphere Distributed Switches are working properly.
	NSX	√ Management hosts are added as transport nodes in the NSX Manager. √ Edge and compute hosts are added as transport nodes in the NSX Manager. √ NSX edges are added as transport nodes in the NSX Manager. √ Bare metal edge is added as a transport node in the NSX Manager. √ ENS is configured.
	Resource vCenter Server	√ Management vCenter Server is accessible. √ All management cluster properties are correct. √ All vSphere Distributed Switches are working properly.
	VMware Cloud Director	√ VMware Cloud Director is accessible. √ VMware Cloud Director is successfully installed, registered with vCenter Server, and configured to work with NSX.
	Site Recovery Manager	√ Site Recovery Manager is successfully installed on the protected (the Management Pod) and recovery sites and the sites are paired.
	vSphere Replication	√ The vSphere Replication appliance is successfully installed on the protected (Management Pod) and recovery sites and sites are paired.
Operations Management
	Aria Operations for Logs	√ Aria Operations for Logs is accessible. √ All configured content pack components are accessible.
	Aria Operations Manager	√ Aria Operations Manager is accessible. √ All configured management components are accessible.
	Aria Operations for Networks	√ Aria Operations for Networks is accessible and data sources are configured.
Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
	vSphere Replication	√ vSphere Replication servers are registered with respective vCenter Server for both the protected and recovery sites.
	Site Recovery Manager	√ Both Site Recovery Managers from the protected and recovery sites are accessible. √ The protected and recovery sites are connected, and the pair appeared on the home page of the Site Recovery user interface.
