vCenter High Availability (vCenter HA) protects not only against host and hardware failures but also against vCenter Server application failures. Using automated failover from active to passive, vCenter HA supports high availability with minimal downtime.
Prerequisites
vCenter HA port group is created and named as TCI_MGMT_TENANT_VDS.
Determine which static IP addresses to use for the two vCenter Server Appliance nodes that become the Passive node and Witness node.
Procedure

Results
When the configuration completes, the vCenter Server Appliance has HA protection.
