Performance Metric Collection Through APIThe following performance metrics are collected through the vManage REST interface. Configuring Proxy ServerConfigure the proxy server to collect the Viptela topology, and fault and performance data through a HTTP(S) proxy. Monitoring FlowWhen discovery completes, the domain manager creates a Monitoring Collector for each discovered vManage, which runs REST APIs for every polling interval. The monitoring collector essentially polls for the status of the discovered vManage topology objects. The polling configuration applied to the Viptela Monitoring Collector polls Viptela vManage for status information based on the specified polling cycle. Parent topic: Viptela
