This guide focuses on the performance tuning best practices for cloud-native data plane intensive workloads in VMware Telco Cloud Platform™ — 5G Edition. It covers aspects that are directly related to data plane acceleration for 5G cloud-native workloads. Each data plane intensive workload has at least one data plane network interface. Management and control planes use non-accelerated network interfaces and are out of the scope of this guide.
