Install Aria Operations for Logs

Prerequisites

• Download a copy of the Aria Operations for Logs OVA file.

• Verify that the FQDNs of the primary node and two worker nodes are registered in the DNS server for forward and reverse proxy. Verify that the FQDNs and IP addresses of the primary and worker nodes are resolved using nslookup.

• Confirm that the user has permission to deploy an OVF template to the inventory.

• Verify that the networking requirements are met.

• Ensure that all the installation requirements for Aria Operations for Logs are met. For more information, see Before You Install Aria Operations for Logs.

Procedure

1. Deploy the Aria Operations for Logs appliance TCP_RAN_VRLI_PRIMARY into the management cluster TCP_RAN_MGMT_CLUSTER in standalone mode as the primary node.
2. Deploy two Aria Operations for Logs appliances, TCP_RAN_VRLI_WORKER1 and TCP_RAN_VRLI_WORKER2, into the management cluster TCP_RAN_MGMT_CLUSTER as the worker nodes.
3. Add the two worker nodes to the primary node TCP_RAN_VRLI_PRIMARY to form the Aria Operations for Logs HA cluster.
4. Connect the three appliances to the Management Network port group.
