Upgrade vCenter

This section describes how to upgrade vCenter from 8.0b or 8.0 U1d to 8.0 U2c.

Prerequisites

1. Log in to vCenter Appliance Management Interface (VAMI) and verify the status of all vCenter services are healthy and started.

2. Follow the prerequisites for upgrading a vCenter Appliance.

Procedure

• ♦Upgrade the vCenter Appliance. For instructions, see Patching and Updating vCenter 8.0 Deployments.

Results

vCenter is upgraded successfully and all services are up and running.
