This section describes how to update vCenter Server from 7.0 U1a to 7.0 U2b.
Prerequisites
Follow the prerequisites for upgrading vCenter Server.
Procedure
- If vCenter server is configured for High Availability (HA), remove the vCenter HA configuration.
- Install the vCenter Server patches.
- If you removed vCenter HA configuration in Step 1, reconfigure vCenter Server High Availability.
Results
vCenter Server is upgraded successfully and all services are up and running.
