Upgrade vRealize Orchestrator

This section describes how to upgrade vRealize Orchestrator from version 8.3.0 to 8.6.2 for the Telco Cloud Platform 2.1 to 2.5 upgrade. For the Telco Cloud Platform 2.2 to 2.5 upgrade, there is no change in the vRealize Orchestrator version.

Prerequisites

1. Take a snapshot of the vRealize Orchestrator nodes.

   Note:

   When you take the snapshot, ensure that the option Snapshot the virtual machine's memory is disabled.

2. Download and mount the required ISO image from the VMware download site.

Procedure

• ♦Upgrade vRealize Orchestrator from version 8.3.0 to 8.6.2. For instructions, see the vRealize Orchestrator Upgrade Guide.

What to do next

Verify that the vRealize Orchestrator is upgraded successfully:

1. Navigate to the About page of the vRealize Orchestrator web interface:

   https://vro-fqdn/vco/api/about3.2.1

2. Verify that the About page displays the upgraded build number, product version, and API version of vRealize Orchestrator.
