The IPNetwork must contain two IP addresses and have a /30 or /31 subnet mask.

When you create a VPNIP address, you are attempting to connect a Provider Edge to a Customer Edge device. The Provider Edge device must be aware of Route Distinguisher (RD) that provides the tag.
