BASEDIR installation directory

In this document, the term BASEDIR represents the location where software is installed:

• For UNIX, this location is: /opt/InCharge/<product>.

• For example, on UNIX operating systems, Service Assurance Manager is, by default, installed to /opt/InCharge/SAM/smarts.

  Optionally, you can specify the root of BASEDIR to be something other than /opt/InCharge (on UNIX), but you cannot change the <product> location under the root directory.
