Adding information to the solution architecture diagram and build guide

Include the Global Managers and related applications on the architecture solution diagram. Draw boxes to show the platforms and include the names, locations, and, when applicable, port numbers for all the components.

For the deployment build guide, document equipment choices and create a table that documents components on each host.
