VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid workload cluster is the Kubernetes cluster where you can see the actual VMware Telco Cloud Service Assurance product deployed. VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid workload clusters are associated with a single management cluster, which provides certain services for cluster lifecycle and management.
You must create the
VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid workload cluster using the VMware Telco Cloud Automation manager UI using the workload template. The VMware Telco Cloud Automation workload template is used to define the resources and configuration of the workload cluster such as the number of Control Plane Node (CPNs), number of worker nodes, CPU, or the memory configuration for the nodes, CNI Provider, CSI Provider, vSphere resource location, and more. Use the sizing chart information for determining the size and the resource requirements required for the workload cluster based on the
VMware Telco Cloud Service Assurance footprint. For more information on the different footprint sizing and specifications, see the

Note: The prefered CNI Provider is Calico.

If multiple versions of Kubernetes are supported by VMware Telco Cloud Automation, verify that you select one that the VMware Telco Cloud Service Assurance supports.
