Imports topology from IP Availability Manager

From IP Availability Manager, the MPLS Topology Server imports the initial topology and CLI device-access objects. The topology consists of router and switch objects along with Interface, IP, IPNetwork, SNMPAgent, and other network objects that are associated with the router and switch objects.
