You use a number of means to resolve errors that might occur during MPLS Manager discovery, including the checking of the following sources:

  • Discovery Progress window

  • Log files

    You open the Domain Manager Administration Console view of the Global Console to check the Discovery Progress window and the Pending Elements list.

    Note:

    The MPLS Topology Server does not notify discovery errors, which means that discovery errors do not appear in the Notification Log Console view of a Global Console that is attached to the Global Manager.
