CLI device-access object synchronization

The CLI device-access object synchronization program probes for CLI device-access objects immediately after an IP Availability Manager is added as a topology source, and then every time thereafter whenever:

• The CLI device-access objects have changed in the IP Availability Manager.

• The connection to IP Availability Manager is lost and then reestablished.

  Each time that the MPLS Topology Server imports CLI device-access objects from an IP Availability Manager, it imports all of the CLI device-access objects. The import of CLI device-access objects does not trigger the import of topology from IP Availability Manager.
