OSPF instrumentation utility command

The command to write the instrumented values is:

sm_adapter --output=<LOG_FILE> --server=<OSPF-DOMAIN-MANAGER> utils/ic_dumpinst_ospf.asl

where:

• <OSPF-DOMAIN-MANAGER> is the name of the Network Protocol Manager for OSPF.

• <LOG_FILE> -is the name of log file.
