The following metrics data is collected through the NetFlow Collector.

Flow Version Metric Name Description
NetFlow-5, NetFlow-9, and IPFIX BYTES Indicates the number of octets since the previous report (if any) in incoming packets for this Flow at the Observation Point. The number of octets includes IP headers and IP payload.
PROTOCOL Indicates the value of the protocol number in the IP packet header. The protocol number identifies the IP packet payload type. Protocol numbers are defined in the IANA Protocol Numbers registry. Protocol text box is carried in Internet Protocol version 4 (IPv4). In Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6), packet carried in the Next Header text box in the last extension header of the packet.
TOS NA
TOS_REST NA
PACKETS Indicates the number of incoming packets since the previous report (if any) for this Flow at the Observation Point.
sFlow (Flow and Counter) BYTES Indicates the number of octets since the previous report (if any) in incoming packets for this Flow at the Observation Point. The number of octets includes IP headers and IP payload.

Protocol numbers are defined in the IANA Protocol Numbers registry. Protocol text box is carried in Internet Protocol version 4 (IPv4). In Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6), packet is carried in the Next Header text box in the last extension header of the packet.

TOS_REST NA
PACKETS Indicates the number of incoming packets since the previous report (if any) for this Flow at the Observation Point.
ifAdminStatus Indicates the desired state of the interface.

The testing(3) state indicates that no operational packets can be passed. When a managed system initializes, all interfaces start with ifAdminStatus in the down(2) state.

As a result of either explicit management action or per configuration information retained by the managed system. ifAdminStatus are then changed to either the up(1) or testing(3) states (or remains in the down(2) state).

ifInBroadcastPkts Indicates the number of packets, delivered by this sublayer to a later sublayer, which were addressed to a broadcast address at this sublayer.
ifInDiscards Indicates number of inbound packets which were selected to be discarded even though no errors had been detected to prevent their being to a higher-layer protocol. One possible reason for discarding such a packet can be to free up the buffer space.
ifOutUcastPkts Indicates the total number of packets that higher-level protocols request transmitted. And which were not addressed to a multicast or broadcast address at this sublayer, including packets that were discarded or not sent.
ifOutBroadcastPkts Indicates the total number of packets that higher-level protocols request transmitted, and which were addressed to a broadcast address at this sublayer, including packets that were discarded or not sent.
ifInErrors Indicates the packet-oriented interfaces, the number of inbound packets that contained errors preventing them from transferring to a higher-layer protocol.

For character-oriented or fixed-length interfaces, the number of inbound transmission units that contained errors preventing them from transferring to a higher-layer protocol.

ifOutDiscards Indicates the number of outbound packets which were selected to be discarded even though no errors had been detected to prevent their being transmitted. One possible reason for discarding such a packet can be to free up the buffer space.
ifOutMulticastPkts Indicates the total number of packets that higher-level protocols request transmitted, and which were addressed to a multicast address at this sublayer, including packets that were discarded or not sent.

For a MAC layer protocol, includes both Group and Functional addresses.

ifInUnknownProtos Indicates packet-oriented interfaces, the number of packets received through the interface which were discarded because of an unknown or unsupported protocol.

For character-oriented or fixed-length interfaces that support protocol multiplexing the number of transmission units received through the interface which were discarded because of an unknown or unsupported protocol. For any interface that does not support protocol multiplexing, this counter is always 0.

ifInUcastPkts Indicates the number of packets, delivered by this sublayer to a later sublayer, which were not addressed to a multicast or broadcast address at this sublayer.
ifOutOctets Indicates the total number of octets transmitted out of the interface, including framing characters.
ifInOctets Indicates the total number of octets received on the interface, including framing characters.
ifOutErrors Indicates the packet-oriented interfaces, the number of outbound packets that cannot be transmitted because of errors.

For character-oriented or fixed-length interfaces, the number of outbound transmission units that cannot be transmitted because of errors.

ifOperStatus Indicates the current operational state of the interface.
