The VMware Telco Cloud Service Assurance Deployment Guide provides instructions on how you can deploy VMware Telco Cloud Service Assurance on VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid (TKG), Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Demo footprint in VMs with Native Kubernetes.
Characteristics of VMware Telco Cloud Service Assurance:
- Deploys on VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid cluster.
- Deploys on Azure using AKS cluster.
- Deploys on AWS using EKS cluster.
- Deploys on Demo footprint in VMs with Native Kubernetes.
- Uses different footprint options for deployment based on the number of managed devices (see the following table). See the VMware Telco Cloud Service Assurance Systems Requirements section for more details about footprint options. Some footprint sizes allow you to choose either a High Availability (HA) or non-HA version. The non-HA version includes the demo footprint, which is for non-production purposes. The HA version requires more nodes as listed in the footprint specification.
Footprint Number of Devices Demo Up to 750 managed devices 25 K Up to 25,000 managed devices 50 K Up to 50,000 managed devices 75 K Up to 75,000 managed devices 100 K Up to 100,000 managed devices 125 K Up to 125,000 managed devices 150 K Up to 150,000 managed devices 175 K Up to 175,000 managed devices 200 K Up to 200,000 managed devices - Beyond 200 K footprint, you must use Flexible Scaling to scale the deployment.
