The VMM (VirtualMachine Manager) domain allows an administrator to configure network connectivity policies for virtual machine controllers. Integration with VMware vCenter uses both IP Availability and Performance Manager, and ESM manager to create end to end association between the Cisco ACI fabric and VMware vCenter.
The IP Availability and Performance Manager discover all the End-Point Groups present in APIC. The Server Manager discovers the VMware vCenter and creates the EndPointGroup Contains VirtualMachine relationship. The Server Manager also creates VirtualMachines GroupedBy EndPointGroup reverse relationship. The IP Availability and Performance Manager also show the cable relationship between the Cisco ACI leaf node and ESX host.
