For the purpose of monitoring etcd, kubelet, and kube-apiserver log in every node, VMware Telco Cloud Service Assurance employs the OpenSearch (Kibana) dashboard to facilitate the analysis and visualization of log data. To access the OpenSearch (Kibana), navigate to Administration > Service Logs section in bottom of left panel.
Logging for etcd
In the OpenSearch dashboard, initiate a search using the keyword etcd to retrieve logs associated with etcd.
Logging for Kubelet
In the OpenSearch dashboard, initiate a search using the keyword kubelet to retrieve logs associated with Kubelet.
Logging for Kube API Server
In the OpenSearch dashboard, initiate a search using the keyword apiserver to retrieve logs associated with Kube API Server.
