Create Collector

To collect data from various data collector sources, you must create and configure a Collector.

Procedure

1. Go to https://Telcocloud serviceassurance-ui-IP.
   A typical URL for logging in to the user interface from the same system on which VMware Telco Cloud Service Assurance is installed is, https://10.x.x.x.
2. On the login screen, enter your username and password.
3. Click Next.
4. Navigate to the Administration > Configuration > Collectors and Connectors tab.
5. Click Add in collector section.
   The Collector Selection page is displayed.
6. Select the appropriate data collector.
7. To configure the collector and enter the parameters.
8. Click Create Collector.

What to do next

To start the data flow, click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) icon against the collector and click Start.
