Visualizing Samsung vDU CU FM and PM Events

This topic lists the different configurations required for accessing the Samsung vDU CU FM and PM events in the VMware Telco Cloud Service Assurance Notification Console.

Prerequisites

Configure Remediation Rules. For example, cu_fm_pm_events_manual. For more information on how to create a Remediation Rule, see Add a Remediation Rule topic.

Procedure

Configure the following Kafka Collector and Kafka Mapper in the VMware Telco Cloud Service Assurance UI.

• Add Kafka Mapping
• Kafka Collector
• Configure OI Server for Kafka Event Collector
