Unresponsive is a root-cause problem that indicates that a system’s protocol endpoints are not responding to ICMP or SNMP polls and that connections to services hosted by the system are down.
Symptomatic events used to diagnose Unresponsive include:
- System Unresponsive, diagnosed in the IP Availability Manager
- TCP Connectivity Check Timed Out
- Application Task Check Slow
- Application Task Check Error
- Software Service Critical Symptom
- Software Service Major Symptom
- Software Service Minor Symptom
