Procedure

  1. Go to https://Telcocloud serviceassurance-ui-IP.
  2. Enter the username and password.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Navigate to Administration > Alarms Management > Rules.
  5. Select and right-click any Rule from the Rules landing page and click Edit.
    An Edit Rule page appears.
  6. Modify the required field. For example, the Events section.EditEscalationRule
  7. Click Save.
