This product participates in VMware’s Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP). When you choose to participate in CEIP, VMware receives anonymous information to improve the quality, reliability, and functionality of VMware products and services. You can choose to join ThinApp to the program, or leave the CEIP anytime.

Details regarding the data collected through CEIP and the purposes for which it is used by VMware are given at the Trust & Assurance Center at http://www.vmware.com/trustvmware/ceip.html.

Note: On the Setup Capture - Customer Experience Improvement Program window, the Join the VMware Customer Experience Improvement check box is selected by default. You can change your selection any time by modifying the QualityReportingEnabled ThinApp runtime parameter in the package.ini file. For more information about this parameter, see the VMware ThinApp Package.ini Parameters Reference Guide at VMware Docs.

Procedure

  • ♦ To join the program, change the value of the QualityReportingEnabled parameter to 1 by following the procedure described in Modify the Package.ini File.
    To leave the program, the value of the parameter must be changed to 0.
